Description
Asset Manager clients need the ability to be able to analyse the performance of and risks for the portfolio of buildings they manage based on the information they receive from their Property Managers.
The solution needs to be able show the rental exposure to a particular sector or region and what rent is at risk of losing rent due to leases expiring.
It also needs to show from which tenants the asset manager receives the most rent and how does the rent receive compare to the market rent.

Analysing the requirements and ideation of around the solution.
Liaising with lead, manager and the stakeholder to expose pain points, present solutions and validate the process.
